Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period begins on the date the product is shipped from our warehouse.

Note: For components older than 1 year, RICH BIT may provide repair services evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees for post-warranty repairs are the responsibility of the owner.
6-Month Limited Warranty
- Standpipe, handlebars, and seat tube
- Wheel hubs, rims, and middle axle
- Brake levers, throttle, and sensors
- Battery charger
🛠️ CONSUMABLES
Wear-and-tear items such as lights, pedals, cranksets, chains, flywheels, and brakes are considered consumables. These items are covered against manufacturing defects for one month from the date of delivery.
❌ WHAT IS NOT COVERED
To ensure a fair process for all customers, this limited warranty does not cover:
- Products where the warranty period has expired.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, accidents, collisions, falls, or exposure to corrosive chemicals.
- Damage resulting from using the bike beyond its intended capabilities or regular commercial use (such as rental fleets).
- Failure to replace worn consumables in a timely manner, resulting in damage to other connected parts.
- Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or installation of third-party components.
COMPONENT SPECIFICATION UPDATES
Driven by our commitment to continuous improvement, RICH BIT occasionally updates product components across different production batches. We guarantee that any substituted parts will meet or exceed the original components' quality and grade. Differences in component brands or visual aesthetics from previous batches do not qualify as a basis for quality-related returns.
