Are the bikes easy to control and charge?

For beginners, we recommend initially setting a low assistance level to acclimate to the power-assisted sensation, then gradually increasing the speed setting to enhance cycling enjoyment. Always wear a helmet for safety. Prior to the first ride, it is essential to fully charge the battery for 5-6 hours.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Normally it takes 3 to 5 working days to process, depending on the item purchased. Most bike models available in Europe can be delivered promptly. However, for items such as accessories and spare parts that require shipment from China, some delays in delivery from China to Europe may occur.

Can I test ride an e-bike before buying one?

Currently, we are unable to offer test rides due to the high demand for our electric bicycles, which are frequently sold out shortly after release. As a result, we lack surplus inventory available for trial purposes. We plan to establish partnerships with local retailers in the near future to address this limitation.

How long does shipment normally take?

Standard shipping via local carriers such as FedEx requires 7-10 business days for delivery. Due to the substantial size of packages, next-day delivery service is currently unavailable for urgent requirements.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
