Facebook User Data Deletion Instructions

Thank you for using the Shopify login app.

If you wish to delete your personal data shared with Facebook through this app, please follow these steps:

1. Visit Facebook's "Your Information" page, navigate to the "Apps and Websites" section, and find your user ID associated with Shopify login.
2. Send your "User ID" along with the email address associated with your Facebook account for verification to our privacy email: support@richbit.com.
3. Please use the following subject line for your email: "Facebook Data Deletion Request - Shopify login".

We will verify your identity and delete the relevant data stored on our servers within 30 business days of receiving complete information. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Please note: This process only deletes data stored on our (Rich Bit eBike) servers. For information on managing or deleting data stored by Facebook, please refer to Meta's Privacy Policy.
