The bike is beautiful, the shipping was super fast, but it did come with a broken fender. Emailed them a few times before I got a response. So customer service response needs to improve. They sent a new fender set with the bag that goes on the back of the bike that I ordered after. They shipped it got tracking number and a few days later it showed delivered into another country. Do I contacted them again and they resent another order to me within 7 days it was finally received. The bike is very good quality. I would recommend this company.
