Rear Luggage Rack Removable For RICH BIT TOP-022 Fat Electric Bike

Hi,

The bike arrived 2 weeks ago with the front fork broken. The cardboard packaging was good so I could not imagine that the bike was broken!

Could you PLEASE HELP and advise?

I have tried to contact the after sales service without any success!! I have also contacted China via whatsapp , they replied to me that they will replace the fork but it has been a week without any news!

The bike is unusable like this...

This bike is a great thing. There was some problems at the first time. But RB customer Service was perfect and send out spare parts fast. I have now 1500 miles on the odo, with no problems. The bike is absolutly okay for this price and highly recommended.

Bonjour, j ai bien reçu mon fat bike rich bit un peu de retard mais rien de bien méchant, je connais ce modèle car je possède le même depuis 3 ans , seul soucis au départ je l ai commandé jaune et il voulait me le remplacer par un bleu , après mon insistance ja i pu obtenir ce que je voulais . Pas mal de soucis pour me faire régler à la vitesse annoncée .Rapidité pour la réponse en tchat par contre vidéo en chinois dur …. Dernier point j ai le vélo depuis un mois toujours pas reçu le port bagages sacoche et rétroviseur que j ai payé en plus réponse usine fermée jusqu’au 9 janvier 2023 ….je vais donc attendre pas le choix très satisfait de mon premier bien moins du deuxième sav poussif.

Bonjour, le vélo est bien en tout point conforme a la description. ce n'est pas un truc de compétition mais pour se promener c'est parfait !
Par contre, je l'avais commandé en Jaune et recu en vert... 🙄

Bien mais il faudrait mettre dans l'emballage une notice de montage et un feu arrière que l'on puisse connecter avec le feu avant pour se faire voir !!!

The purchase experience was very fine. Quick, people responding and sending me stuff on time.
When I needed to reach out to support NO ONE responded. There is no office, no phone, no nothing for this company. I tried European website, American website and stuff. I was even reaching out through LinkedIn to people. Non, existent.
They said they ship from Europe and the bike was sent from Europe, so no issue with customs. Without telling me though, they shipped accessories (of the Plus bike) through China, without any documents. I was forced to pay customs and VAT after 2 weeks of getting NO response from RICHBIT e-mails.
Bike is OK for it's money. Works fine. Looks are impressive but some parts (e.g. brakes) could be better. You will not find a more powerful bike in the market, for the price. However, with no spare parts and no communications, any guarantee is useless.
I will be surprised IF they keep this review on the website, but I will be happy IF there is any person who will reach out to ask for clarifications.
